BRIE, PEAR AND WALNUT TOAST | |
1 Brie cheese wheel 1 (15 oz.) can pear halves 1 bag walnut halves 1 loaf French bread Cut French bread at an angle, coat with olive oil and broil till toasted lightly. To that cut Brie into sections that will fit on bread slices. Top with a quarter pear half (half a pear half). Next to that place a half walnut. Place under broiler till Brie is soft and semi runny looking. You will have a crispy, soft, sweet, nutty taste that will go great for a wine party or as a quick snack. Takes about 10 minutes from start to finish. Submitted by: Dave Brett |
