TWO SOUP CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Parsley (opt.)

Brown onion and chicken. Add all ingredients and cook 55 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Can simmer on stove but must stir often for 50 minutes.
