SHRIMP NEWBERG 
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked (boiled) shrimp

Melt butter, blend in flour, add milk, mushroom soup and mushrooms and yolks, stirring constantly until thick. Add shrimp. Serve over rice.
