4-6 apples
2-3 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 tsp. lemon juice (or other citrus juice)
Sm. amount sugar, if desired

Core and slice apples (with peels). Sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples (and sugar, if desired). Stir. Enjoy.
