STUFFED OLIVES 
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 1/4 lb.)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
Olives

Cream cheese with butter. Add flour. Pinch about a tsp. of dough, flatten and cover olive. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
