RICE MEATBALLS 
1 c. minute rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
Dash pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. marjoram

Mix all ingredients (except 2 cups tomato juice and the sugar). Gently shape mixture into balls. Blend sugar and remaining juice. Pour into skillet with meat and rice balls. Bring just to a boil. Cover, simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
