SEAFOAM MALLOW FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. water
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped marshmallows

Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, water, and salt in top of double boiler. Beat for 1 minute. Place over boiling water; cook, beating constantly at high speed until peaks form, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and vanilla. Continue beating until frosting is spreadable.
