1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick

Mix thoroughly and form into small smooth balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until brown and crisp. Makes about 5 dozen. Freezes beautifully.
