SWISS CHEESEBURGER BISQUE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper, optional
1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. beef flavor instant bouillon or 6 beef flavor bouillon cubes
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

In large saucepan brown meat, onion and if desired, green pepper. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk then tomatoes and bouillon. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Stir in cheese; cook, stirring until melted. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
