LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix without pudding
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 can poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cold water
4 eggs

Mix all together and beat 4 minutes with electric mixer. Make 2 large loaves or 4 small ones. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
