CINNAMON APPLES 
5-6 cooking apples
1 1/2 c. water
8 sugar substitutes
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and core apples; cut into small chunks. Place in a saucepan with water; cover and cook until tender. Add sugar substitutes, butter, and cinnamon. Serve hot or cold.
