TRULY DIFFERENT CUPCAKES | |
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring 1 3/4 c. sugar 4 lg. eggs or 6 med. ones 2 sticks butter 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. unsifted flour 1 tsp. vanilla Melt chocolate, butter and butter flavoring. Add nuts. Blend (do not beat) sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla in bowl. Then mix in chocolate mixture. Do not beat. Fill paper cups 1/2 full. Needs no icing - a glaze will form. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Do not open oven while baking. Makes 18-24 cupcakes. |
