ROAST BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 c. left-over rump roast
1 pkg. Durkees onion gravy mix
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Make the gravy, add roast and mushrooms. When hot, add 1/2 cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons sherry. Serve over hot rice or buttered noodles.
