P.'S CHICKEN SALAD PIE 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 green onion, top included
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 baked 9 inch pie shell

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. med. grind black pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. salt

Reserve chips for topping. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over other ingredients and mix. Turn into baked shell and top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes. Cut in wedges to serve.
