CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked pie crust

Melt chocolate and butter; add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
