EGGS AND SAUSAGE - BAKED 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 or 4 slices bread, cubed

Cube enough bread to cover bottom of greased 9 x 13 dish. Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, and mustard. Place cubed bread on bottom. Crumble sausage over bread.

Add cheese; pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8. Super breakfast!
