HAMBURG WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1 lb. hamburg
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup

Make 4 hamburg patties and brown in a fry pan until degree of doneness is achieved. Drain fat and return patties to pan. Add soup and simmer until soup is hot. Serve over potatoes or noodles. You can extend this recipe by crumbling hamburg and adding more soup. It's surprisingly good.
