SHRIMPWICH 
4 1/2 oz. can shrimp, drained & chopped
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. can refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
Optional: brush with beaten egg & sesame seeds

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine shrimp, cheese and parsley. Set aside.

Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. press or roll each to 6 x 4 1/2 inch rectangle. Spoon about 1/3 cup shrimp mixture on half of each rectangle. Fold over other half of dough; seal edges with tines of fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 14-17 minutes until golden brown. Makes 4.
