ANGEL BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tbsp. sugar
3/8 c. oil
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in water; mix well. Add sugar and oil; mix. Add buttermilk.

Combine flour, salt and soda. Gradually add this mixture to liquid. Beat well after each addition. Cover and store in refrigerator. Take out desired amount. Put on floured board. Roll out and cut.

Dough will keep in fridge 5 days.
