CALZONES 
1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkgs. dry pizza crust mix
16 oz. turkey Italian sausage
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. ricotta cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

FILLING: Cook turkey sausage, put in food processor for finer texture. Cook and drain spinach. Add cheeses, spices, mushrooms and 2/3 cup of the spaghetti sauce.

Prepare pizza crust mix as directed. Roll into 8 to 10 balls. Then roll into circles on floured surface approximately 6" in diameter each. Place portion of filling on each circle; wet edge. Fold over into half circle. Prick with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Warm spaghetti sauce and pour over top of each calzone when served. Makes 8 to 10 calzones.
