HOMEMADE MUSTARD 
1 c. Coleman's dry mustard
1 c. white vinegar

Mix together and let set overnight.

Next day, beat:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt or to taste

Cook the above in top of double boiler until thick (mustard, vinegar, eggs, sugar and salt). Let cool.

P.S. I have also done this in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
