COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cold water

Stir together flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter. Stir in egg yolk and remaining ingredients.

Roll out on floured surface to fit 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

FILLING:

Beat together:

1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk

Pour into partially baked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until knife inserted just off-center comes out clean. Chill.
