BARBECUE PORK CHOPS 
6 chops
1 small onion, diced
1 small can tomato puree
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown chops, drain off grease. Bring to a boil liquid and spice mixture. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Remove and place chops in baking dish. Pour sauce over chops. Put a cover on, bake 350°F for 45 minutes or until tender.
