BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
8 lean chops
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 bay leaf

Brown chops in hot grease. Mix remaining 7 ingredients together and pour over chops.

Bake in 325°F oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 8 people.
