CRUSTLESS SPINACH PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
2 c. low fat cottage cheese
4 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In medium bowl, combine spinach, grated cheese and cottage cheese. In small bowl mix eggs with fork and add flour, salt and pepper. Combine both mixtures and mix well. Place in a lightly oiled or non-stick sprayed pie pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6. Broccoli can be substituted if desired.
