EASY PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. butter-flavored Crisco
1/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat together Crisco and boiling water until creamy. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until pie crust consistency. Roll until desired thickness. If too sticky, chill for a few minutes. Makes 1 double crust pie.
