SESAME-WALNUT CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. green onions, chopped 3/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. red wine 1/4 c. sesame seeds 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1. Remove skin from chicken breasts. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. Set aside. 2. Add garlic and green onions to soy sauce and wine. Place chicken breasts in bowl. Pour marinade over. Cover and marinate 1 hour or longer. 3. Mix sesame seeds and walnuts together. Set aside. 4. Remove chicken breasts from marinade. Place in lightly oiled baking dish. Pour some of the marinade over and around chicken. 5. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle sesame and walnuts over chicken. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. Good served with wild rice and a green vegetable. |
