KUGEL 
1/2 lb. wide noodles
4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. cottage cheese

Mix butter with cooked noodles. Combine sugar, salt, sour cream and cheeses. Mix in egg yolks and stiffly beaten egg whites. Fold in drained pineapple. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
