WILD RICE AND TURKEY SALAD 
2-3 c. uncooked wild rice (follow cooking directions using chicken broth rather than water)
6-7 lbs. turkey breast (roasted, cooled and cubed)
6 green garden onions, using some of the stem
1-1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
1-2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon (brown, cool, crumble)
