SEVEN SEAS CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water or milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. minute rice
1 can (or 1/2 lb.) any seafood
1 box frozen peas, thawed
Cheese sliced

Mix soup, water, and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour about half of soup into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. In layers, add minute rice (right from package), seafood, and peas. Add remaining soup. Top with cheese slices. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Seafood may include tuna, salmon, shrimp, and lobster (fresh, frozen, or canned). Saute fresh or frozen seafood in oil about 3 minutes before putting in casserole.
