AUNT DEBBIE'S EASTER SALAD &
DRESSING
 
1-2 bunches leaf lettuce, wash & shredded
1 c. red cabbage, sliced thin
1/2 c. green peppers, sliced thin
1/2 c. red peppers, sliced thin
1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
1/2 c. jicama, sliced thin (optional)
1/2 c. bean sprouts

Mix well and chill. 4 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice 3 tbsp. Dijon 1 1/2 tbsp. water Salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Mix well and chill. Toss with salad just before serving.
