CHEESE AND BACON STUFFED
MUSHROOMS
 
20 long fresh mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
2 tbsp. sour cream
4 slices bacon, crumbled
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dill seed

Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Combine cheese and sour cream, add bacon, garlic, onion and dill seed. Blend well. Spoon into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with additional dill. Place caps in a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.
