BROCCOLI CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli
1/2 minced onion
1/4 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Trim and cut fresh broccoli; cook with 2 tablespoons water for 4-5 minutes; drain. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and Swiss or Cheddar cheese. Stir in vegetables. Turn into a well buttered 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.
