HAMBURGER STEW 
2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onions
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 (16 oz) cans mixed vegetables
2 cans tomato soup

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain, add salt and pepper. Stir in mixed vegetables and soup. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes. (Until bubbly.)
