1 lb. Velveeta
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes

Combine cheese (cubed) and can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and heat until cheese is melted. Great with Doritos.

If you don't want it too spicy, can use 2 lbs. of Velveeta
