CHEESE & MACARONI BAKE 
4 oz. evaporated skimmed milk
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. cooked enriched macaroni
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Over low heat, combine evaporated skimmed milk with dry milk. Add salt, pepper, butter and macaroni. Fold in cheese and pour into non-stick baking pan. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Makes 2 servings for lunch.
