LIMA BEAN BAKE 
5 c. cooked lima beans
1 c. crumbled gruyere cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sifted flour
2 c. milk
2 c. sliced tomatoes

In a pot, combine butter with flour. Add milk gradually, stirring vigorously. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add dash of salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

In a greased casserole combine hot mixture with beans and cheese. Place tomatoes on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes until bubbly. Serves 6.
