BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME 
6 (12 oz.) broiler-fryer breasts
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. pkgd. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

1. Cut breasts in half.

2. In large bowl combine sour cream and next 7 ingredients.

3. Add chicken to sour cream mixture and coat well (each piece). Let stand covered in refrigerator overnight.

4. Next day preheat oven to 350 degrees.

5. Remove chicken from sour cream and coat with bread crumbs.

6. Arrange in single layer in shallow pan or dish.

7. Melt butter and shortening. Spoon 1/2 over chicken and bake 45 minutes. Spoon rest over and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and browned.
