POLISH - CABBAGE - ROLLS 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 box white river rice
2 lb. lean hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook cabbage just until tender. Drain and set aside. Chop onion, combine with hamburger. Cook until brown. Add hamburger mixture to rice that has been cooked. Remove core from center of precooked cabbage. Separate leaves. Remove thick part at bottom of leaf. Place large scoop of hamburger mixture in center of leaf. Roll closed, tucking in ends. Place in large roasting pan. Add 1 inch of water to bottom of pan. Cover and finish cooking for 35 minutes.
