GERMAN PANCAKES | |
3 eggs, whipped 1/2 c. flour (in 4 additions, mix well) 1/2 c. milk (in 2 additions, mix well) Preheat oven to 425 to 450 degrees. Cook in pie plate (Pyrex is best). Melt 2 tablespoons butter, then place in bottom of pie plate. Pour in above mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 425 to 450 degrees. Serve topped with powdered sugar, syrup or fresh fruit. Especially good topped with slices of bananas and maple syrup. |
