SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 lg. evaporated milk (13 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. can 8 fresh yams (29 oz.)

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Drain yams and separate and mash into sugar, butter and eggs. Add vanilla, cinnamon and milk. Beat until batter is soupy. Place in long baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Shape pan to see if done.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. butter
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 sm. can coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spread on yams and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
