STUFFED MANGOES 
7 lg. mangoes
1 1/2 lb. each beef (ground), veal, pork
1 lg. onion
1 pimento
2 eggs
Cracker crumbs and graham cracker crumbs, enough to mix
A firm loaf
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
2 sweet pickles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Sage may also be used

About 3 hours at 325 degrees.
