CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
6 oz. macaroni 1 (12 oz.) can cooked corn beef, crumble this or cube 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed 1 (11 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs Cook macaroni and drain. Mix all ingredients together, except for macaroni and bread crumbs. In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer mixture, macaroni, mixture, macaroni, etc. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 6. |
