SALMON SALAD | |
6 sm. new potatoes, halved 14 3/4 oz. can salmon, flaked 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. plain yogurt 2 tbsp. chopped dill 2 tsp. lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste 1. Steam potatoes until tender, about 7-8 minutes. Cut into cubes when cool. 2. Combine potatoes and salmon in a bowl. 3. Blend together mayonnaise, dill yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 4. Fold mayonnaise mixture into salmon and potatoes. 5. Chill. |
