CRUNCHY TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1 (2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. Chinese noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles; spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 baking dish. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap; fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.

Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 6 minutes. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles, and serve immediately. Yield 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
