VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onions
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt to taste
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers

Cook mixed vegetables until tender then drain vegetables real good. Grease bottom of casserole dish with butter. Then spread vegetables at bottom. Then saute celery and onions for 5 minutes. Then mix celery, onions, cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Then spread evenly over the top of vegetables. Then crush crackers and mix in the crackers. Mix and spread over the vegetables real well and bake for 30 minutes until crackers are golden brown.
