CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. pecans, chopped
Garlic powder (to your taste)

Let cream cheese soften. Then mix 57 Sauce, Tabasco sauce and garlic powders with cream cheese. Spoon mix to the center of the bowl and chill in freezer for approximately 15 minutes. Spread chopped nuts on wax paper and roll until completely covered. Then shape into a ball.
