FRUIT SALAD 
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can peaches
3 bananas
3 apples
1 lb. grapes
1 jar cherries
2 cans pineapple

Dressing:

1/3 c. sugar
2 containers Cool Whip
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. vinegar

In large bowl, cut up all your fruit. Save some cherries for decorations.

Dressing: Cook eggs, sugar and vinegar in double boiler on low. Slowly cook until mixture thickens. Let cool, then add 1 container of Cool Whip. Mix with fruit. Top with 2nd container of Cool Whip and cherries.

Makes large family size.
