TEXAS FUDGE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can green chilies, chopped and drained
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt cheese; add chilies and pecans. Stir until thoroughly mixed and pour into lightly buttered 8 x 8 inch dish. Allow to set until firm. (I usually put mine in the refrigerator.) Cut into desired size squares.
