PAELLA 
Chicken, pre-cooked
Pork or beef, pre-cooked
Sausage, pre-cooked
1/4 c. olive oil
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1 box Spanish rice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. paprika
Shrimp or scallop or mussels
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas
Mushrooms

This is a great Friday night dish. Use all your left overs from the week. Saute onion and garlic (mushrooms, if using fresh). Remove from pan and make rice according to package directions. Add all ingredients together and cook until the seafood of choice is done. Serves 6.
